Texas Cheesery
Located on the grounds of our winery location in Salado, our cheese shop specializes in gourmet cheese from Texas artisan producers. In addition, we also feature Texas-produced products: deli meats, desserts, locally-baked artisan bread and a wide assortment of spices, rubs, sauces, dips, pasta, dessert toppings and fillings and other prepared specialty items, as well as wine by the glass or bottle.
Cheesery Hours: Monday - Friday from 11 - 6, Saturday from 11 - 8, Sunday from 11 - 4.
Our deli products are all produced by Texas companies and include an incredible array of items: pasta and pasta sauces, chipotle sauces, preserves and jellies, toppings, dessert toppings and pie fillings, BBQ sauces and secret-recipe rubs, prepared mustards, spiced oils and much more.
We're conveniently located at 110 North Main Street. Main Street in Salado is just to the east of I-35, accessible from exits 284 or 285 and you'll find us just north of Stagecoach Road on Main Street, next to the historic Dodd's Creek bridge.
