Visit our tasting room and cheese shop that are now open in the village of Salado, between Austin and Belton on I35, and we'll take you over the top with great wines, cheese from Texas artisan producers, fresh locally-baked artisan bread, wonderful desserts and more. Our address is 110 North Main, located smack in the middle of a thriving community that is the center of an art colony and a tourist hot-spot with wonderful shopping, quaint inns and excellent dining.

Our Texas cheese shop is now open! We feature all-Texas cheeses, fresh bread, dipping sauces and other delectable treats for your enjoyment. We offer gourmet cheese plates as well as cheeses and deli specialties by the pound. The Cheesery is open every day at 11AM, serving Lunch Daily!
Main Street in Salado is just to the east of I-35, accessible from exits 284 or 285 and you'll find us just north of Stagecoach Road on Main Street, next to the historic Dodd's Creek Bridge.

Many of your favorites are getting in VERY short supply! Stop by the winery now and stock up on Sunset, Rustler's Red, and White Merlot. Even the Reserve Cab is starting to disappear! The good news is that we've got Chardonnay back in the tasting room and some wonderful new wines just around the corner. Come get 'em!

I came to visit your winery and cheesery On Monday August 8th... We were passing through on our way back to Dallas. Running right to the wire we walked up to the cheesery and realized the door was locked. UGH! Then a girl came to the door... She let us in and never for a second acted like we were putting her out. It was great. She lets us have a tasting and we ended up bringing home 2 bottles and cheese. I appeciate this service as it is not a normalcy for people to go out of their way anymore. Please make sure that you let her know I greatly appreciate it. ... Thanks! Keep up the good work. Love your staff and your product.
